 Kingdom:The Painted Lady Butterfly is a large butterfly that has four spots on each wing and has a orange look to it. This Painted Lady Butter Lives anywhere from trees, gardens,and areas around water.The food need to survive is nectar. Since the Butterfly cant just eat food they drink the nectar from their proboscis. A proboscis is a straw that they drink their liquids from. 

Cricket Investigation

Introduction and Background Research:
       Crickets are littles creatures. Creatures that are annoying because its their nature to make the noises they make.They eat organic foods. They need warmth to live.

Question: Do crickets prefer fruits or vegetables?

 Hypothesis: My hypothesis is that the crickets will like both like fruits and vegetables because they are both organic foods that crickets are attracted to.

In conclusion in this cricket investigation the question of "Do crickets prefer fruits or vegetables?"was answered. After doing my experiment on this crickets and observing them and collating the data that was needed for this project. The answer is that crickets prefer fruit.

This Week In Science #6

         This week in science my group and I did difficult tasks. One of the tasks were for each group member had to do their own part of the experiment. Like one part of one of the experiments was that I had to track the crickets and tell if they are either walking,sleeping, eating, standing, and place the spot where they did it at. Then after gather all the data for the finishing produce. we all choose the one that should go on the chart paper which was mine.


       This week in science I learned that if you gather data first you will get more ideas from your group members. And if you listen to your team members more you and your groups , group project will go well. I also learned that if you really watch videos about the crickets you get to see how they react with people around them.I never thought that this week would be so fun.

This Week In Science #5

This week in science I learn about the behavior of animals and about crickets. We watched some videos of how certain animals react towards humans and other animals. How they react to their environment, what they look like, and what they eat. I observed their behavior and why they act like that.

 My group and I noticed things about the  crickets like how they move and what make then make that annoying noise they make. My group and I made illustrations of the front, top , and side of the crickets. I myself have noticed things about the crickets like that they eat each other if one is dead. I also say a lot of movement when my hand was on the top of the container they were in.

This Week In Science #4

          This week in science my team did a lot of things. Like we made charts for our missions. Made different  types of graphs. We've been checking our plants with different seed placings. My group and i finished our plant investigation #2. I've learned many things this week in science.
              Ive learned that when you work as a group you can finish things easier and struggles will go away.That if u don't plant a plant the right way the plant will not grow.
